Today, I'm delighted to share that my original score has been selected as a finalist in the 2026 Film Sync Awards.
This recognition feels especially meaningful because it represents a significant step forward from my entry last year. Rather than submitting an existing track from my catalogue, I composed an entirely new score from scratch, following every frame of the film excerpt provided to participants, taken from La Tortue Rouge.
The process was both challenging and rewarding, requiring me to think not only as a composer, but as a storyteller working in direct dialogue with the images on screen.
A special thank you goes to Ivan Alfio Sgroi from Don't Stop Studio for the outstanding mixing and mastering work, which helped the music reach its full potential.
