More than just a sound guy
My friendship with Ivan dates back to our old days at the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples.
Almost immediately, we found each other, and our different but open approaches to both listening and making music made us realise that the world is much more vast and rich of possibilities that we ever could've imagined.
Music genres didn't scare us: we devoured anything, from ambient to metal, from electronica to jazz, and our love for hip-hop and post-rock gave life to our first artistic collaborations.
Many years went by, and we've been separated by geography. Despite that, we're still extremely influent presences in eachother's lives, and we literally couldn't have made it this far, if it wasn't for our daily will to check in on one another, and to bombard each other with merciless but constructive feedback. It keeps us alive.
Ivan is a dear friend, an exceptional professional, and a true lover of all things music.
